Hi my name is Adelle Southall. I'm a Maryland girl, wife, fur mom of 1, and an entrepreneur who is on a mission to help other teachers earn an income using the skills they already have. I strive to remove the hustle mentality, to create a tutoring business that runs smoothly and doesn't give anyone the Sunday night scaries.

I started my teaching career in 2007 with hopes and dreams of making an impact on the lives of our future generations, our children. When I started as a 5th grade Math and Science teacher I had no idea what I had gotten myself into. I managed to teach 5th grade for two years then hopped ship for a 3rd grade ELA/Social Studies position as soon as it came available.
Throughout my 13 years of teaching in the public school system, I went from 5th to 3rd to second and eventually became an Elementary English as a Second Language teacher. I was good at teaching. Kids loved me and we learned a lot together.
There was something missing though. When COVID hit in 2020 I finally saw the path come before me. That summer I began tutoring a student from summer school. As I was working with him I realized that I LOVED tutoring and wanted to keep going with him once the school year began. By February 2021 I had 8 students and my second 4 figure month. All while teaching ESL full-time.
February 19, 2021, was my last day as a public school educator. I dove headfirst into building my business and teaching children to read on my own terms. Now I'm a fully booked tutor who is coaching others on how to build their business and have success doing what they know and love, TEACHING.
